Daoist Immortals…These images were created for the Art_72 Rooms project at the Milan Design Week in April, 2025. The project was based on the theme of “Eight Daoist Immortals Crossing the Sea with their Magical Powers”. This story, part myth part religious tradition, has deep roots in Chinese cultural history and is here used as a metaphor for collaboration and cooperation. Each of the Immortals has a special tool and gift, and by combining their talents they are able to overcome dangers and trials.
